We believe in fairness for both pet parents and pet professionals. That’s why every Barkaly vendor chooses from a set of standardized cancellation policies that meet our minimum standards — so you’ll always know what to expect before you book.

Daycare & Boarding Stays

Flexible:
Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in.

Moderate:
Full refund if canceled 72+ hours before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 72 hours of check-in.

Strict:
Full refund if canceled 7+ days before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.

Dog Training

Flexible:
Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before.
No refund if canceled within 24 hours.

Moderate:
Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours.

Strict:
Full refund if canceled 72+ hours before.
No refund if canceled within 72 hours.

Vendor Cancellations

If your pet professional cancels, you’ll receive a full refund and the cancellation will count against their standing on Barkaly. Vendors who cancel last-minute more than three times may be suspended from the platform.

No-Shows

If you don’t show up for your booking, you’ll be charged the full booking amount.
If your vendor does not show, you’ll receive a full refund and the incident will be recorded against their account.

Service Fees

Barkaly service fees are non-refundable. All refunds are processed by Barkaly directly.
